No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate in BEYA World II. You only need to have internet access.
No. Some employers may have the ability to request a video chat and a webcam is encouraged, but a webcam is not required to participate.
Yes. This hiring event is an opportunity to meet and network with recruiters where you can ask recruiters about company culture, current open positions, and how to apply.
After you register for the conference, your login details will be emailed to you. You can use the login button on this page and those credentials to login on the days of the event beginning February 9, 2023.

Yes. Like any physical event, we will have a swag bag for you! You can add all of the documents available to the online swag bag in your account and then email them to yourself or share items with friends and family by entering their email addresses.

Recruiters will be live on February 10 and February 11, 2023, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM EST. To interact with recruiters and make the most of the conference, participants should login during these hours.
